3.3 Account Verification (KYC). pisoph is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pisoph Login credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. 4.2 Currency. All transactions on pisoph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and any conversion fees are the responsibility of the player.

5.5 Bonus Funds. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Only real-money winnings generated after meeting wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
5.6 Withholding of Withdrawals. pisoph reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, pisoph may request additional documentation before releasing funds.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by pisoph are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer. These specific terms supplement and, where they conflict, supersede the general bonus provisions in this Section 6.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
6.3 One Bonus at a Time. Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless pisoph explicitly states otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

6.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the player's account without compensation.
6.6 pisoph's Discretion. pisoph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. pisoph also reserves the right to refuse, limit, or revoke a bonus offer to any player at its sole discretion.
7.1 Certified RNG. All games available on the pisoph platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, or any other external factor. pisoph's RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories.

7.4 Disconnection Policy. 9.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request the closure of their pisoph account at any time by contacting pisoph's support team. 9.4 Dormant Accounts. 12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pisoph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pisoph platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
12.2 pisoph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 pisoph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pisoph will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pisoph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 pisoph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a pisoph account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 pisoph implements industry-standard security measures to protect player data, including SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and pisoph cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.
13.3 pisoph may be required to disclose player information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties as required by applicable Philippine law or court order. Such disclosures will be made in compliance with pisoph's legal obligations.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and pisoph, you agree to first contact pisoph's support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. pisoph will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
14.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.4 Game Outcome Disputes. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to pisoph's support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. pisoph's decision on game outcome disputes, made after review of server-side game logs, shall be final and binding.
